Vans Introduces its ‘Americana Collection 2015

Vans, the original action sports footwear brand creates an iconic collection featuring “Stars and Stripes”.

Inspired from the National Flag of United States of America Vans introduces its “Americana Collection” this Spring Summer.

The collection prominently highlights the American flag elements like horizontal stripes of red alternating with white along with the five pointed stars on a background of blue which is a part of the left top corner in the flag.

The Vans Americana collection is available in four Vans classic silhouettes which is Era, Slip-on, Old Skool and Sk8-hi and two inspired by the trendy women surf collection i.e.

Tazie and Palisades Vulc.

The shoes have been designed with canvas and leather uppers with Vans signature waffle outsoles.

This collection is a part of Van Doren collection and hence, features reissued designs from the Vans archives.
